2011-12 NCLI Recommendation

In order to make a recommendation you will need to complete the form below and attach a copy of your recommendation letter in MS Word (.doc), Rich Text Format (.rtf), or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf). If your submission has gone through, you will receive a confirmation screen, and a confirmation email. If you are having problems getting your submission to go through, check to make sure you are using an approved file type, that you have filled out all required fields, and that the file size is not too large. Unfortunately, at this time the website does not accept .docx files. We apologize for any inconvenience.
