As the world becomes increasingly complex and uncertain, the idea of making progress on adaptive challenges can seem more and more daunting. Join leadership educator and facilitator Chris Beeson
for an online workshop to refresh your adaptive leadership practices and develop complementary tools and mindsets that can help you to move forward in the midst of not only so much uncertainty but
also, often, deep resistance.
Workshop Facilitator:

Chris Beeson is a leadership coach, educator, and consultant who partners with mission-oriented systems and leaders to build adaptive capacity for tackling demanding challenges. He spent the first twelve
years of his career instructing for NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School), teaching leadership on wilderness expeditions in classroom settings to high-school and college students, teams of future Naval
officers and wildland firefighters, and directors at Google. Later, Chris was a middle school humanities teacher and instructional leader in the Boston area for ten years before moving to Vermont and starting
his coaching and consulting practice. Chris has an AB from Princeton in History and American Studies, and he received an Ed.M. from Harvard, where he studied group learning, organizational development,
and adaptive leadership. He grew up in Texas and has spent significant amounts of time - hiking, climbing, skiing, and paddling - in wild landscapes all around the country.
